Upon arrival, head to the welcome area located in parking lots P3/P4. A member of our team will guide you to your campsite.

You will receive a coloured wristband at the entrance. You must wear it throughout the festival.

Welcome desk hours:

• Friday: 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  Please do not arrive before 12 p.m., as you will not be able to access the site.
• Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Sunday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Monday: campers must leave by 8 a.m.

FOOD 🍕

• Friday: Lasserre & Roy pizza and the La Taverne food truck. ($)
• Saturday: La Halte culinary area will be open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Discover a variety of chefs, caterers and producers gathered in one delicious space. ($)
• Sunday morning: Nomads’ Brunch, courtesy of VanLife Campers! Remember to bring your plates.
• Sunday evening: La Halte culinary area will be open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. ($)
• Saturday and Sunday after 8 p.m.: La Taverne food truck. ($)

BBQs are not permitted on the site. However, you may cook using a Coleman-style camping stove.

Please do not litter and keep your campsite clean at all times.

BEVERAGES 🍺

• Bar service will be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. ($)
• A coffee bar will be open on Saturday and Sunday mornings. ($)
• For safety reasons, glass containers are not permitted on the site.
• Reusable cups requiring a deposit will be available on-site.

WATER AND WASHROOM FACILITIES 💧

• Pay showers are available at Récréoparc’s Central Pavilion. ($)
• The washrooms in the Central Pavilion are accessible 24 hours a day.
• Sanivac portable toilets will also be installed throughout the festival site.
• Important: bring your own supply of drinking water.

ELECTRICITY ⚡️

• Electricity will not be available on the site. You must therefore be self-sufficient or bring equipment that does not require electricity.
• Generators may not be used between 8 p.m. and 9 a.m.

CAMPING 🚐

• Each campsite can accommodate one vehicle or one tent, for a maximum of four people.
• All types and sizes of vehicles are welcome: RVs, vans, SUVs, travel trailers, buses, pick-up trucks, rooftop tents and more.
• A designated area will be reserved for skoolies.
• Anyone sleeping in a vehicle or in a tent attached to a vehicle, such as a rooftop tent or a tent installed on a pick-up truck, must purchase a van pass.
• Vehicles will be parked close together to maximize the available space. Take the opportunity to get to know your neighbours!
• Your campsite will be assigned by a member of our team.
• We encourage you to bring your camping chairs and table.

LEAVE NO TRACE 🌿

• VanLife Campers and Ka Halawai support the Leave No Trace movement. Please leave your campsite as clean as it was when you arrived.
• Dumping any liquid or solid waste from an RV onto the ground is strictly prohibited.
• Waste must be placed in the designated bins available throughout the site.

PARKING 🚗

• Parking is included with weekend passes.
• Parking is not included with day passes. The fee is $9, including taxes.

PETS 🐶

• Dogs are welcome on the site but must remain on a leash at all times.
• Water bowls will be available for them at various locations throughout the site.
• Please pick up after your dog and respect the comfort of other festivalgoers.

CAMPFIRES 🔥

• Propane campfires will be set up in designated areas and maintained by members of our team.
• Unauthorized fires or fires set up anywhere else on the site will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the festival.

YOGA AND GROUP FITNESS 🧘🏼‍♀️

To participate in group fitness activities, please bring your own equipment: mat, cushion, towel, yoga block, strap and water bottle. No equipment will be provided on-site.

PAYMENT 💰

Please bring cash for purchases made on-site, including food, alcoholic beverages, coffee, vendor booths and more.

WEATHER 🌤️

• The event will take place rain or shine. Please bring clothing suitable for the weather.
• Our team will set up tents in case of rain.
• Don’t forget your raincoat—Ka Halawai is just as much fun in the rain!
